To our customers, suppliers, and friends:

We take pride in providing high-quality products at fair prices for retail consumers, and for Canada’s hospital and healthcare community. While we have always taken this responsibility very seriously, providing safe and affordable hand sanitizer has been especially important since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We were therefore frustrated and saddened to be informed that our product was being sold in some retail locations at prices that were far higher than it should have been. Upon learning of these unacceptable pricing practices, we took measures to ensure our products are affordable for the Canadians who need them. Specifically, we have:

• Contacted our wholesale distributors to explain that anything we construe to be overpricing or price gouging will result in a termination of our distribution agreement;
• Informed our wholesale distributors that they must hold any sub-distributors – or retail providers to whom they distribute – to the same standard as above should they wish to continue distributing and/or retailing our product to consumers; and
• Ceased operation with another distributor who, in our opinion, was overcharging for our product.
